General conditions of sale |
1. Subject The present conditions govern our relationship with customers (below indicated:«CUSTOMER»). They take precedence over any stipulation of the CUSTOMER. The mere fact for the CUSTOMER to make an order will be worth definitive and irrevocable consent from him on these conditions.
2. Validity of the offer Ours offers are subject to availability at the time of registration. This availability will be confirmed by the JSF France company.
3. Booking of a service (contract) The CUSTOMER makes a live order of a product to be taken or via internet, or by telephone of deliverables. When the product's retreat isn't immediate, the delivery period will be clarified on the Order form.
4. To validate the command, the CUSTOMER shall pay the amount of products and any shipping by check , transfer or credit card. The delivery periods begin on the date of reception of the payment's command.
5. Any command implis the acceptance on the present generak conditions which the CUSTOMER recognizes to have consulted.
6. Prices The prices indicated during the propositions are expressed and orders payable in euros including tax (VAT at the legal rate current). JSF France reserves the right to refuse to honor a command of a CUSTOMER who would not have settled totally or partially a previous command or with whom a dispute of payment would be in progress. Prices can be modified at any time by JSF France. However, JSF France agrees to apply the prices that have been indicated at the time of signing the order.
7. Right of retraction The customer has a period of seven (7) working days after the signature of his order form to retract according to current legal requirements.
8. Complaint It must be sent by post to JSF France, by registered letter with recorded delivery, accompagnied with supporting documents, within eight calendars days after the execution of the service at the following address : JSF France - 2, boulevard des Bassins du Radoub- 13002 Marseille
9. Computer sciences Under Law No. 78-17 of January 06th, 1978, the information which is asked you is necessary to ensure that your command/invoice can be registered. You can access the information and proceed to the necessary rectifications. We do not sell to third parties this information which is only used as part of your busines relationship with JSF France
10. Settlement
of litigation - Applicable Law The commercial litigation with JSF France would come under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille. The present General Conditions are subject to the French Law.
